Yes, you heard me right. There is a famous kind of mixed noodles, commonly known as "noodles". What kind of food do you want to mix? It depends entirely on your personal preference. It can be mutton, beef, eggs and vegetables. The mixed noodles I ate in Turpan really left me wanting more. I prepared red and yellow scrambled eggs with tomatoes, white and green fried bean sprouts with leeks, and more colorful fried beef and mutton. The green peppers, onions and carrots are as delicious as meat. Up there! I grabbed the noodles with chopsticks, and the most amazing thing was that a bowl of noodles was made up of one noodle, which was particularly chewy. I have been unable to resist their temptation and jumped like a hungry wolf. Beef, mutton, vegetables and eggs are all put into the noodle bowl and mixed with chopsticks. Wow, noodles have absorbed their soup, which is a must! That smell, that color, really made me eat. Smart shopkeepers come to sell the freshly roasted mutton kebabs and freshly cut cantaloupes. The delicious kebabs are mixed with noodles, and then they take a bite of sweet and juicy cantaloupes, which is even more delicious.
how can you not try authentic saute spicy chicken in Xinjiang? On this trip, I ate a lot, almost every day. Brown chicken, yellow potatoes, red peppers, and green scallions make people drool just by looking at the color, which has a unique appetite.
