The whole outer ring road project will be completed in two phases: the short-term plan (also a small outer ring road, in 2008-2009): from North Outer Ring Road, Bailu Bridge, West Outer Ring Road, South Outer Ring Road via Yanghe Bridge, Yanghe Avenue, Jinglan Bridge, Xueyuan Road, Xueyuan Road Extension Line and Shuangyong Avenue (East Ring Road Extension Line), and from Xiamaozhoutun to Zhegu River. The construction of Guangya Bridge is conducive to improving the urban road network structure, promoting the development and construction of Hexi region, effectively relieving the traffic pressure of Hong Guang Bridge and Liujiang Bridge, balancing the traffic distribution in the city center, improving the utilization rate of road network facilities, narrowing the distance between the railway area and Hebei Peninsula as the city center, promoting the construction of municipal infrastructure such as roads in railway areas, and integrating them into the urban construction and development pattern as soon as possible, which is of positive significance to urban construction and development. Zhegujiang Bridge: The bridge is located in the north of Liuzhou, with a northwest trend. The north bank of the bridge is located at the old wharf of Zhegujiang River, connecting the North Outer Ring Road. Bailu Bridge is located in the northwest of the city, that is, on the North Outer Ring Road of our city, which is the passage of the North Outer Ring Road across the Liujiang River. The east end of the bridge is located near Weiyi Village in Liubei District, and the west end is connected with Liutai Road in Liunan District, which is the channel for the north outer ring to cross Liujiang River. The construction of Liuzhou Outer Ring Road organically links Liuxi, Liubei, Guantang, Yanghe, Liunan, Shatang and other districts, providing a fast and convenient traffic passage between them, which is of great significance to Liuzhou's economic development. The construction of the North Outer Ring Road of Longcheng Outer Ring Road will play an important role in the economic development of Liubei Industrial Park. Construction scale and technical standards: construction scale, the designed total length of the bridge is 1545 m, which is an urban expressway, including 6 motor vehicle lanes and 2 non-motor vehicle lanes, with meters wide sidewalks on both sides; Main technical standards: the road grade is the first grade of urban main roads. 3. After careful construction, Longcheng Customs Port will be organically connected with Guanpu Square and Wen Hui Bridge in the east of the city, echoing the riverside landscape and famous mountains in Henan.
