Brief introduction of the author
Ermao, male, formerly known as Mou, was born in Youyang, Chongqing in the 1960s. He is one of the representative poets of Mango Poetry School in 1980s, and also the founder of China catering installation art and performance art. He is now a food columnist for New Weekly and China Business News, a food consultant for the documentary China on the Tip of the Tongue, a visiting professor at Yunnan University, and an executive director and general manager of Beijing (Tianxia Salt) Catering Management Co., Ltd.
