I hate eating a certain food for no reason. And there may be many reasons.
For example, for me, at first, I will see a kind of food, and its appearance looks terrible, which makes people feel hard to swallow, so I will hate it silently in my heart. Then there is the smell, such as stinky tofu, which smells bad in the distance. How delicious will it taste? So the first impression may be boredom (maybe different people will try to eat it later to eliminate the boredom of the first impression). The third one may simply eat it too many times and then really don't want to eat it anymore. It's a loofah to me. In my impression, there will always be scrambled eggs with loofah in summer. My mother always said that we should eat loofah in summer ... I don't know why. So the loofah was delicious at first, but I gradually ate it too many times, so I don't want to eat it again when I see it next time. This should be the loss of freshness.
So, food, color, fragrance and taste are still very important, and a food can't be eaten all the time. Always change.
