Introduction of Lueyang cuisine
Hello, everyone, I am a good brother. Travel notes, stop and go all the way, take you to travel together.

When we travel to a place, we will first choose local attractions or taste local specialties. Lueyang is a small mountainous county. Although the county seat is small, it also has its own unique beauty and food.

Lveyang canned tea

Fortunately, I participated in the activity of "Network Celebrities Watching Hanzhong" organized by Hanzhong Network Information Office, and the first stop was Lueyang.

Lueyang is a beautiful small mountain city, and the whole county is surrounded by the majestic Qinling Mountains. Standing in the county seat, you can often see the clouds in the mountains and the green trees looming, showing the beautiful scenery of Lueyang.

There are many specialties in Lueyang, and the most distinctive and representative one is "canned tea". Canned tea is a traditional snack in rural areas of Lueyang. According to legend, Lueyang was the oriental territory of the Baima Emperor, that is, the ancient Qiang people in ancient times, and pot tea was the legacy of the ancient Qiang people.

Under the leadership of the organizer, we came to Wohushan Village, not far from the county seat, to drink canned tea. Wohu Mountain Villa is 3.5 kilometers south of the county seat and can be reached along Jialing River.

Wohu Mountain Villa is famous for its canned tea, and it is not far from the county seat, so many people come here to drink canned tea every morning.

The so-called pot tea is to put water in a clay pot, put the tea leaves on the fire to boil, add batter while cooking, add clear oil, and add spices and condiments such as fennel, agastaches, ginger, salt, walnuts, diced meat and plumeria. When guests come to the countryside, they will make such a pot of tea for breakfast, which will definitely refresh their minds.

I have a suggestion about canned tea in Wohu Mountain Villa. The pot of tea here is cooked by the owner and then served to everyone. If possible, you can make a pot of tea and let the guests cook it themselves, which not only experiences the making process of pot tea, but also feels the essence of the ancient Qiang food culture. I believe business will be better.

Lveyang Lingyan Temple

After drinking canned tea, we came out of Wohu Mountain Villa and went directly to Lingyan Temple. Lingyan Temple is a national 2A-level scenic spot, built on the rocks on the east bank of Jialing River, which is very spectacular.

According to records, Lingyan Temple was built in the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, with a history of 1300 years. As far as Lueyang is concerned, I think Lingyan Temple can be regarded as some interesting scenic spots with history, culture and age.

Lingyan Temple in Lueyang consists of two natural caves, which are adjacent to each other. There are terraces and halls in the temple, which are built on the mountain. Standing in Lingyan Temple, you can also enjoy the majestic Qinling Mountains, which are shrouded in mist among mountains, just like a fairyland. It looks beautiful and makes people reluctant to leave.

The most interesting thing about Lingyan Temple is the cliff stone carving on the wall, which is the legacy of many historical celebrities who have visited here in the past.

It is said that during the Sui and Tang Dynasties, it was once the center of exchange activities, and many militarists, thinkers and various literati left traces in Lingyan Temple. Among them, we are familiar with Li Bai, Du Fu, Su Shi and Wu Daozi, all of whom left legends for Lingyan Temple.

According to records, there are more than 100 cliff stone carvings in Lingyan Temple of Lueyang, each of which embodies the history of Lueyang and carries the glorious past of Lueyang.

At the last entrance of Lingyan Temple, according to the commentator, a glass plank road will be built from here, leading to a natural cave in the back mountain of Lingyan Temple, named Meihua Cave. It is expected to be completed in two years, and you can have a look at it then.

I think it would be better if this glass plank road was built on the edge of the county, such as between Nanshan and Yushan. As long as all vehicles passing through the county can see it, maybe it will stop and climb up. The glass plank road built from Lingyan Temple to Meihuadong is basically submerged in green plants, and no one will see it unless there is a lot of publicity.

In the exhibition hall of Lingyan Temple, there are four words created by Empress Wu Zetian. It is said that Wu Zetian wrote the word 19 in her life, and these four words are in Lingyan Temple.

According to legend, when Wu Zetian was a student, she went boating on Jialing River with her teacher. When passing through Lingyan Temple in Lueyang, she was shocked to see the towering peaks and misty clouds here, so she came to visit Lingyan Temple with her teacher.

In the temple, she was curious when she saw a jade pillar with indomitable spirit in the cave, so she went to hold the jade pillar and felt the feeling of indomitable spirit, so she made these four big characters in the temple.

The commentator in the temple said that these four characters read "supporting heaven and earth". Interested friends can watch my video and listen to the wonderful explanation of the commentator.

The commentator in the temple said that only the last word "Jiong" of these four Chinese characters is true, and the other three words have long since disappeared. I tried, and the second one also exists, because the word "Yao" can be typed on the mobile phone, so there are only two extinct, not three.

The earliest traffic rules and regulations in Lueyang.

In Lingyan Temple, there is also a stone tablet of the Southern Song Dynasty "Zhi Yi Ling". It is a cliff stone carving that records ancient traffic rules. On the stone carving, there are twelve big characters: "Be cheap and avoid being expensive, be short and avoid being long, be light and avoid being heavy, and avoid coming".

This "decree" is a "traffic law" and the earliest ancient traffic rules discovered in China so far. The time recorded on the stone tablet is 1 18 1 year.

So what do the twelve words engraved on this stone tablet mean?

(1) Cheap and avoid expensive: In ancient times, people were divided into three classes, that is, according to grades. People with low grades or horses and chariots should avoid high grades. When people go out and meet officials, they have to make way.

(2) Avoid weaknesses: Young people go out and take the initiative to give way when they meet older people.

(3) Avoid the heavy: it refers to riding lightly, and people who encounter heavy loads on the road should make way.

(4) Avoid: Avoid going uphill or downhill.

It can be seen that Lueyang was still a traffic artery in ancient times.

Lveyang temple

After visiting Lingyan Temple, our group came to Jiangshen Temple again. Jiangshen Temple, located in the west road around the city of the county, is also the best-preserved ancient theater building with frontier style.

Jiangshen Temple covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters. There are a large number of colored paintings and wood carvings in the temple, most of which reflect the ancient traditional culture, folk customs, fairy tales and so on.

According to county records, Jiangshen Temple was built in Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in Qing Dynasty. In ancient times, it was an important dock in the Jialing River basin, so it was also a place for boatmen, businessmen, ceremonies, sacrifices and gatherings.

After the visit, the Jiangshen Temple beauty commentator also sang a local tune "Just Pick a Walnut with a Shell".
