5g of flour, 5g of salt, appropriate amount of cold water, 1 handful of chopped green onion and 4ml of sesame oil
Method
1. Add salt into the flour and stir it evenly, slowly pour in clear water, and stir it while pouring until it is caked. Stop adding water and rub it with your hands. If the dough feels dry, use a spoon to add water to it.
2. Sprinkle dry noodles on the chopping board, take out the baked dough and rub it hard for 5 minutes again until the dough becomes soft;
3. Roll out the dough into a pancake with a thickness of about half a centimeter;
4. Sprinkle salt on the surface of the bread, gently press it by hand, then sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame oil, and spread it evenly by hand;
5. Then gently roll up the bread with one hand, and slowly pull it out with the other hand, in order to make the bread roll thin and even, and finally roll it into a cylindrical shape;
6. After rolling it up, divide it into four parts evenly, pull up a paste, gently turn it in the opposite direction with both hands, so that the chopped green onion inside is evenly wrapped, then knead it round, roll it out with a rolling pin to form a round cake, and roll out each dough in turn;
7. put a proper amount of oil in the electric baking pan or pan, and evenly spread it. when it is slightly hot, add the bread. if it is a pan, cover it, slowly bake it to the bottom with low fire until it turns yellow, then turn it over and bake it until both sides of the bread are golden.
