The hook is not fastened properly, and the biggest reason is that when the hook is fastened, the thread is easy to run, and the fastened hook is easy to get off the thread.

The tying method of fish hook can be divided into using hook tying device and manual tying method, and there are also various ways to tie hook. It is often seen that some fishermen expose their lines and arrange them neatly on the string board, just like a work of art, it is really not an easy task to bind the line groups by hand. Even the old fishing friends who often hook need to be treated with care, which is related to the quality of the line group, otherwise it will easily lead to the embarrassment of decoupling and disconnection.

Either way, you need to wrap a certain number of turns on the hook handle to fix the hook. This number of turns is generally related to the diameter of the line, the hardness of the fishing line and the thickness of the hook.

For example, my personal habit, generally speaking, fishing for small individuals such as white crucian carp is about 6 laps, and fishing for medium individuals such as carp is about 2-4 kg and 8 laps. I catch larger fish, especially smaller hooks, and I need to increase the number of laps properly to tie them more firmly. When we are proficient in a method, try different methods as much as possible, and then choose a convenient and firm form (this really varies from person to person and from thing to thing, but there is no best binding method for everyone).
