How to make a pet dog cake?
Prepare a 6-inch Qifeng cake, you can halve the oil and sugar in the normal formula, and don't consider small details such as cracking and slight collapse. I used a bone mold.
After cooling, everything is set aside.
Sliced purple sweet potato, steamed, pressed into mud, air-cooled, added with an egg, 15g flour and a teaspoon of oil, and stirred evenly;
Potatoes and carrots are the same as above;
Beat the chicken breast into a paste, then add the eggs, flour and oil and mix well.
The amount of flour may need to be adjusted, so that the final paste is viscous and immobile.
According to the order of purple mashed potatoes, carrot mashed potatoes and minced chicken, these materials are put into a mold for baking Qifeng, steamed in water or baked in an oven. Steam for about 30 minutes and bake 140 degrees for about 60 minutes. You can insert chopsticks to see if they are cooked.
When cooked, take it out to cool and demould it. The whipped cream need not be whipped with sugar. Two pieces of Qifeng are coated with a small amount of whipped cream and sandwiched with three layers of cakes.
The surface is coated with a layer of light cream and decorated with purple potato paste. Never use chocolate for decoration.
