Taro: Taro 150g Sugar moderate amount of light cream moderate amount
Spicy Potato: Glutinous Rice Flour 110g Sticky Rice Flour 25g Sugar 20g Milk 190g Butter

Taro Mashed Potato Pork Pine Cake Box practice ?
Bake a chiffon cake roll embryo in advance and cut it into cake slices as big as the box.
Steam the taro in advance, crumble, add the taro puree ingredients in the sugar and light cream and mix well. (I used sweet potatoes instead of taro)
Honey red beans I also homemade (red beans soaked and cooked with sugar and then sauteed dry can).
Mix all the ingredients for the spuds well and steam them in a pot, cover with plastic wrap and set aside to cool.
Place the cake slices at the bottom of the box.
Spread a layer of taro paste.
Spread the jicama once more.
Then a layer of honey red beans.

Follow the previous steps in order to finish the last layer.
