1. The delivery method can be by mail or online. All submissions are required to be printed on a computer (Word file format), in duplicate (with high-quality pictures), and attached to a 3.5-inch floppy disk, and sent to the editorial department of this journal; the electronic text can be sent to the electronic mailbox of this journal via E-mail. Manuscripts that are not accepted will generally not be returned, so please keep the manuscripts for yourself.

2. Submissions of supplementary materials must be accompanied by a certificate from the organization, and the review opinions on the authenticity of the manuscript, as well as no double submission of the same manuscript, no confidentiality involved, and no dispute over signature, etc. Manuscripts should list the corresponding author's name, address, phone number, and email. If it is a manuscript funded by funds or research projects at or above the national, provincial or ministerial level, please indicate the project name and number at the footer of the first page of the manuscript, and attach a copy of the project mission statement.

3. Manuscript Processing The editorial department will issue a manuscript processing notice within 3 months after receiving the manuscript. If you do not receive an acceptance notice from the journal within 3 months after submitting the manuscript, you can inquire with the editorial department of the journal. . Manuscripts that are not accepted will generally not be returned. The author is asked to keep the manuscript for himself (if you need to return the manuscript, please declare it when submitting).
