What dish does the sparerib soup go with?
Composition:
Porphyra 100g, lotus root 1 knot, 400g ribs, 2g ginger and 2 onions.
Seasoning:
Salt 3g, white pepper 2g, cooking wine 2g.
The practice of homemade lotus root ribs soup;
1, washed lotus root and cut into hob blocks, minced ginger and chopped shallots;
2. Add the ribs, ginger slices, cooking wine and clear water into the casserole, boil, skim off the floating foam, continue to stew for 40 minutes, add lotus root and salt, cook for another 30 minutes, add laver and white pepper, and then cook;
3. Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Fresh ribs are bright red in appearance, preferably pink, not too red or too white.
