How to make super easy puffs with 5 ingredients ?
Preheat oven 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Combine the water, butter, and salt in a small saucepan and heat over the heat until the butter is completely melted.
Pour in all the flour at once, stirring vigorously until a ball of dough forms, and continue to heat over medium-low heat for 1,2 minutes, turn off the heat.

Tips
1, Squeeze the dough with a laminating bag, it will leave a small tip on the top, use your fingertip to dab it with water and it will be gone.
2, do not open the oven door when baking the puffs, or the puffs will easily collapse and shrink back.
3, the puffs without cream can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days, and frozen for longer.
