Methods of Braised Pork with Water Gluten
1. Prepare gluten, pork, carrots, bell peppers, and garlic.
2. Wash the pork, cut small pieces and set aside.
3. Marinate the cut pork in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
4. Wash and cut gluten, carrot and green pepper into small pieces.
5. Garlic cloves are tapped and set aside.
