Practice:
1, dipping sauce: first boil the bamboo sticks in boiling water 10 minutes, add some salt to the sesame sauce, clear water, sesame oil, Chili sauce, coriander and sweet and spicy sauce.
2. All the ingredients are skewered with bamboo sticks instead of knives. Pour water into the pot, add pepper, aniseed and onion ginger, boil and stew for 15 minutes.
3. Then remove the ingredients and add two pieces of thick soup to boil.
4. Add Chili oil, then put the skewered ingredients in, and you can eat them after boiling.
