(4) Clean the pot, boil the water in the dry pot, and drain more oil. After the fire is boiled, turn it to a small fire and let it stand for 2 minutes until the oil level is calm. Throw the green shrimp into the oil, the green shrimp will sink to the bottom of the pot first, and then float up after it is completely shaped, and take out and drain the oil in time.
