Braised chicken wings
Cooking methods:
1. Cut both sides of the chicken wings to make them more flavorful. Put the pot under cold water, add green onion and ginger slices, boil the minced blood, remove and drain out the water.
2. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry onions, ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers. Add chicken wings and stir-fry until flavourful.

Cola Chicken Wings
Cooking method:
1. Cut both sides of the chicken wings, add light soy sauce, salt and cooking wine, marinate evenly for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in the pot, stir-fry both sides until golden brown, add ginger and garlic slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in cola and bring to a boil, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, and turn to high heat to reduce the soup.
Fried chicken wings
Cooking method:

Cooking method:

Chicken Wings with Rice
Cooking method:
1. Remove the bones from the wings, add shredded ginger and salt, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Dice the mushrooms, dice the carrots, and dice the onions. Add the onions to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the carrots and mushrooms and stir-fry. Pour in the rice and stir-fry until loose. Add some light soy sauce, stir well and serve. Stuff the rice into the chicken wings without overstuffing.

Chicken Wings and Seafood Mushrooms
Cooking method:
