Korean fried cowboy bones step by step

Cowboy bones, defrosted, cleaned, and kitchen paper to help dry out water

This is the Korean marinade I used, which contains 20% pear juice, so the meat is very tender

Use a fork to poke holes in the meat, so that it can be flavored

Use the sauce to evenly coat both sides of the meat, and let it marinate for two hours

I use a skillet, heat up the skillet first
