The authentic Hunan pepper preserved egg recipe is as follows:
Tools/materials: four green peppers, two preserved eggs, millet pepper, garlic, shallots, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, Salt, sugar, sesame seeds, water, kitchen paper, cooking oil, barbecue charcoal, bowl, kitchen knife, spoon, rolling pin or stone hammer.
1. Wash the green peppers, pinch off the stems of the green peppers, peel and mince the garlic, cut the millet peppers into rings, wash and chop the green onions and set aside.
