Practice:
1, pork cut into small pieces, Cordyceps flowers, goji berries, jujubes soaked into the water, about two minutes, washed and drained standby.
2, pot with water boiling hot, into the lean meat "fly" water.
3, fishing up the lean meat, rinse, drain water.
4, add water, add cordyceps flowers, goji berries, red dates, lean meat and ginger, high heat, skim the foam with a spoon.

Practice 2:
Materials: Cordyceps sinensis 5g, 100g lean meat, 5g of saxifrage, 3g of Chuanbei, 3g of Beiqiang, ginger in moderation, a pinch of salt
Practice:
1, saxifrage, Chuanbei and Beiqiang washed and set aside.
2, Cordyceps flowers wash, then soak in hot water and spare.
3, lean meat ginger place cold water in a pot, blanch off the blood and wash.
4, the lean meat, Sha Shen, Bei Xing, Sichuan Bay into the stew pot.
5, add cordyceps flowers as well as soaked water; and renewed boiling water to eight minutes full.

7, cover the lid, stew about 2.5-3 hours.

Practice 3:
Materials: Cordyceps Sinensis 15g, pork loin 500g, 2 small onions, 2 slices of ginger, a little cooking wine, a little salt
Practice:
1, pork slices spare.
2, add water in the pot, when the water is hot, add small onion and ginger slices and cooking wine, blanch the pork slices.
3, open the pot and stir, until the meat is all browned, about 5 minutes, fish out.
