Steps to make homemade yogurt

Prepare 3 boxes of fresh milk , 1 cup of yogurt.

Use boiling water to scald the container for about 1 minute, mainly to sterilize it

Pour in the pure milk inside the container.

Pour in the yogurt (to make a starter).

Stir well with a spoon.

Put the covered container into the yogurt machine and replace the lid.

Plug in the power, and after 8-12 hours, the yogurt will be ready automatically. I did it at 8.30pm, and unplugged it at about 6am the next morning and moved the yogurt box to the refrigerator.

Freshly fermented yogurt can be eaten immediately, but after being refrigerated and purified for 24 hours, it will taste better and have a pure aroma.
Open it and take a look. The yogurt has solidified like tofu, which is a success. It should be described as a flat lake like a mirror.
