Tips
1. Fry the chicken legs first to prevent them from becoming too crispy and causing the bones to separate after being stewed in the soup. ?
2. You can make the three kinds of broth yourself or buy ready-made ones. Beef stock is mainly tomato-based. ?
3. Tomatoes must be peeled to ensure that there are no impurities in the soup. The peeled tomatoes can also be pureed first and then added to the soup. ?
5. The amount of curry powder can be added according to personal taste. ?
4. Because potatoes and carrots need to be cooked for a long time, they need to be cooked together in the soup.
