Pigskin hot and sour soup mainly uses tomatoes, fried pigskin and so on. A friend of mine once said that when I was working in Guangzhou, I liked pigskin hot and sour soup best.
Ingredients: fried pigskin, tomatoes, eggs, black fungus, chopped green onion, hot and sour soup, water starch.

Tips:
1, this hot and sour soup is really good and convenient. Friends who don't have it can mix it by themselves or make it with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
2. The ratio of pepper to vinegar is about 1.2: 1, provided that you can match it according to your own taste.
3, pepper is the most important raw material, remember not to let pepper "evaporate", it will become sour soup. The correct putting time is that the main ingredient is put in with vinegar when it is 9.5% mature, and fired when it is fully cooked 10 second. This can keep the spicy degree of pepper well.
