Auricularia is a fungus, belonging to Basidiomycetes, Auricularia, Auricularia. There are 8 varieties in China.
Auricularia auricula is fungus-like, parasitic on dead wood, and contains sugar, protein, fat, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Preservation method of dried auricularia auricula:
1, eliminate the source of insects
The pests that harm auricularia auricula include termites, corn moths, and long-horned corn thieves, which often overwinter in gaps in warehouses and stacked sundries.
Therefore, before storing auricularia auricula, indoor sundries and outdoor weeds should be removed, and the empty warehouse should be disinfected with 80% dichlorvos emulsifiable concentrate at the dosage of 0.2 ~ 0.3g/m2. The auricularia auricula can be put into the warehouse after being hung indoors with gauze strips soaked in liquid medicine, sealed for 2 ~ 3 days, and then ventilated 1 day. Finally, lime powder is sprinkled around the warehouse to prevent outdoor pests from entering the room.
2, prevent be affected with damp
After the fungus is damp, it is easy to cause pests. Therefore, before entering the warehouse, it must be dried so that the moisture content of auricularia auricula does not exceed 12%, and then packed in plastic bags or aluminum cans, sealed and placed in wooden boxes or cartons lined with moisture-proof paper.
Desiccant (dry sawdust or quicklime, etc.) can be put in the box. Check every 1 0 ~15 days/time. If the desiccant has absorbed moisture, it should be taken out and dried or dried before being put into the box. If the fungus regains moisture, it should be taken out and dried in time.
3, timely insecticidal
If pests are found during storage of auricularia auricula, measures should be taken to kill them in time.
