Ingredients
Main ingredient: 250g of yam;
Supplement: 1 tbsp of passion fruit sauce, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of condensed milk
Passion Fruit Sauce Yam Puree

Place aside the ingredients.

Peel the yam and cut in half. (It is better to wear plastic gloves)

Steam the yam under water.

Can pass through the yam with chopsticks. (I steamed for fifteen minutes.) Puree it with a food processor.

Add a spoonful of practiced milk.

Add a spoonful of honey and mix it well.

Put the mashed yam into a laminating bag or plastic bag. Cut a slit.

Squeeze the yam puree in a container.

Finish the shape with a fork.

Pour homemade passion fruit jam.

Tips
Wear gloves when handling the yam, as the stickiness of the yam on your skin can make it itchy.
