Ingredients: 7g of beef, 2 bottles of beer
Seasoning: 2 slices of ginger, 8g of salt, 3 slices of onion, 1 slice of lemon, and 1 packet of meat
Steps:
1. Thaw the beef naturally
2. Cut it into mahjong pieces to be larger
3. Soak blood in cold water. Control water
6. Take another pot, and pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil
7. Put in onion segments, and stir-fry ginger slices until fragrant
8. Pour in beef and stir-fry
9. Pour in soy sauce for coloring
1. Add beer, lemon slices and meat buns, and stew for one and a half hours
11. Add salt and stew for another half an hour.
