Steps
1. Wash spinach, cut into pieces and put it into the cooking machine, add a little water.
2. Blend into spinach juice.
3. Pour the spinach juice into the flour.
4. Form into a slightly stiff dough and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
5. Take a small piece of the dough, knead it well and roll it out into a thin sheet.

7. Roll out the dough on a rolling pin and stack it vertically on a board.
8. Cut into noodles with a knife.
9. Sprinkle with dry flour and shake to disperse.
10. Pour oil into the pot, add chopped green onion, shredded ginger and refined salt and pop the aroma.
11. Add the tomato pieces pour enough water, turn on high heat and boil.
12., put in the dried noodles, cooked and served.
Tips
1, do hand-rolled noodles dough to and harder, so out of the noodles taste strong, not muddy soup.
