Garlic seedlings fried with sliced meat
Required materials:
- 500 grams of garlic seedlings

Preparation steps:
1. Garlic seedlings cut into segments, lean meat cut into Thinly sliced, marinate with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch for 10 minutes;
2. Heat the pan and cool the oil, stir fry ginger and garlic;
3. Add the marinated meat slices and stir fry until browned;
4. Add the garlic slices and stir fry for 1-2 minutes;
5. Season with salt to taste.
