2. Wash the oysters gently from bottom to top twice by hand like digging water. Never rub it to avoid breaking it before taking it out.
3. It can be seen that the water washed with oysters is very dark, and there are oyster shells at the bottom of the container. Remove the oyster shell, pour out the water washed for the first time, add water, repeat the second step and continue washing. The washed water is still dirty.
4. Rinse jellyfish repeatedly with tap water (the water can't be too big, otherwise the jellyfish will break).
You can see that the water is washed repeatedly, and it is cleaner every time. Wash until the shell-free water is no longer black and gray, and it doesn't matter if it is white. Finally, drain the oysters for later use.
