Prepare ingredients
Prepare the required ingredients: sweet potato, cooked flour, sugar and cooking oil.
Step 1
Wash the sweet potato and cut it into small pieces. Drain the water for later use. Put the sweet potato slices neatly on a plate and steam in a steamer for about 10 ~ 15 minutes.
Second step
After the sweet potato is steamed, take it out of the pot and clamp it with chopsticks. If it is easy to stick to it, it proves that it has been steamed. Be sure to eat cooked sweet potatoes, because eating too many raw sweet potatoes is easy to cause indigestion.
Third step
Cool the cooked sweet potato, add sugar and cooked flour, mash the sweet potato and mix the flour evenly, knead it into dough, cover it with plastic wrap and wake it up for 30 minutes.
Fourth step
After waking up, knead jiaozi into a ball with cooking oil by hand. When the oil in the hot pot is heated to seven or eight minutes, you can fry the sweet potato jiaozi in the pot until the surface is golden.
