Traditional Chinese medicine prescription
(1) Yuquan Pill
[Indications] This prescription uses pollen, Radix Puerariae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Mume Fructus, Radix Rehmanniae and Fructus Schisandrae to nourish yin and promote fluid production, and uses ginseng, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Polygonati and Poria to replenish vitality, so as to achieve the effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin. Yuquan Pill is a famous prescription for treating thirst. Although it is a traditional medicine, it is still necessary to master the application indications of qi deficiency and food reduction.
[Prescription] 45g of Trichosanthes, 30g of Ginseng, 30g of Astragalus, 30g of Poria, 45g of Pueraria lobata, 30g of Ophiopogon japonicus, 30g of Mume, 30g of Adenophora adenophora, 30g of Polygonatum sibiricum, 30g of Radix Rehmanniae and 30g of Schisandra chinensis.
[Usage] Honey is made into pills, each pill 10g, three times a day, each time 1 ~ 2 pills. Or eat milk and goat milk as pills.
(2) Tang addition and subtraction
Indications: For diabetic patients with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis.
[Prescription] Rhizoma Atractylodis, Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Ophiopogonis, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Galla Chinensis, Os Draconis and Poria.
[Usage] Decoct with water. Take 1 every day.
(3) Jiangtang Lianbi Pill
Indications: It is suitable for elderly patients with weak body, unclear heat syndrome and deficiency of both qi and yin.
[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae 1 20g, Radix Asparagi and Radix Ginseng Rubra each 60g, Radix Polygoni Multiflori180g, placenta1or placenta powder 60g.
[Usage] * * * is a fine powder, and refined honey is a pill, each pill is 10g, and each pill is taken 1 pill in the morning and evening, and the essence is slowly supplemented. Good results can be obtained after long-term administration.
(4) Shengmai Powder
Indications: It is suitable for diabetic patients with thirst, dry throat, fatigue and hyperhidrosis caused by deficiency of both qi and yin.

(5) Yiqi Yangyin Tiaozhong Decoction

[Prescription] Ginseng Rubra 10g, Polygonatum sibiricum 30g, Plastrum Testudinis 20g, Radix Puerariae 30g, Atractylodis Rhizoma 20g, Poria 30g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 30g, Polyporus 20g, Alismatis Rhizoma 30g, Rhizoma Pinelliae 15g, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 20g, Fructus Amomi 10g and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g.
[Usage] Decoct with water, daily 1 dose. Four weeks is 1 course of treatment, and each person takes medicine for 2 ~ 4 courses on average.
(6) Yiqi Yuyin Tonglin Decoction
[Indications] Type II diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Poria and Semen Plantaginis 65438 05g each, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Alismatis, Fructus Corni and Polyporus 65438 02g each, and Radix Glycyrrhizae 6g.

(7) Bazhen Decoction

(8) Bushen Huoxue recipe
Indications: senile diabetic retinopathy.
[Prescription] Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. 15g, Rhizoma Polygonati 10g, Herba Epimedii 10g, Radix Puerariae 10g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 10g, Radix Cyathulae 10g, and Radix Notoginseng 2g.
[Usage] Daily 1 dose, decocted in water. 1 month is 1 course of treatment.
(9) Shizumaru
Indications: Diabetic retinopathy (deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of water syndrome).
[Prescription] Semen Cuscutae 12g, Fructus Broussonetiae 12g, Fructus Leonuri 12g, Fructus Lycii 10g, Semen Plantaginis 12g (package) and Radix Rehmanniae12g.

(10) Tang Yanming
Indications: diabetic fundus hemorrhage.

(1 1) Tibetan Xuanshan Tanghuang Decoction
Indications: Diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease.
[Prescription] Rhizoma Atractylodis 10g, Radix Scrophulariae 10g, Rhizoma Dioscoreae 20g, Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15g and Radix Puerariae 9g.
[Usage] 1 dose daily, decocted in water twice, and taken warm. 30 doses are 1.
(12) Huanglian Tiaoxin Decoction
Indications: Diabetes complicated with arrhythmia.
[Prescription] Rhizoma Coptidis 15g, Radix Panacis Quinquefolii 12g, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 12g, Pearl 1g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 12g and Radix Glycyrrhizae 6g.
[Usage] Take 1 dose daily, and take it orally for three times. Stop taking other drugs during the medication, and 20 days is 1 course of treatment.
(13) triple dissipation
Indications: Diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
[Prescription] 200g of Salvia Miltiorrhiza, 200g of fried black beans and silkworm chrysalis, 65438 000g of Polygonum Multiflori Radix, 65438 000g of Lycium barbarum, 50g of Poria, 36g of Ligusticum Chuanxiong and 36g of fried Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli.

[Prescription] Radix Astragali 24-45g, Radix Panacis Quinquefolii (or Radix Pseudostellariae) 15-30g, Fructus Lipuidambaris 9- 12g, Radix Rehmanniae 12-24g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Fructus Chaenomelis and Lumbricus 9- 15g, respectively.
[Usage] Decoct with water, daily 1 dose. 15 days is 1 course of treatment.
(17) Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction
Indications: benefiting qi and promoting fluid production, promoting blood circulation and moistening dryness.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Rehmanniae 15g, Radix Puerariae 15g, Radix Scrophulariae 20g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 10g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 10g, Rhizoma Atractylodis 15g, Asari.
[Usage] Take 250 ml decoction, daily 1 dose, and take it in the morning and evening.
(18) Yangxue Tongluo decoction
Indications: invigorating qi, consolidating exterior, promoting fluid production, quenching thirst, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, expelling wind and dredging collaterals.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g, Radix Puerariae 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 10g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15g, Caulis Spatholobi 15g, and Caulis Trachelospermi 10g.
[Usage] Decoct with water, daily 1 dose. 10 day is 1 course of treatment.
(19) Yiqi Tongluo decoction
Indications: benefiting qi and nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 30-60g, Radix Rehmanniae 15g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 12g, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae 9g, Caulis Spatholobi 80g, Fructus Chaenomelis 9g, Squama Manis 9g, Lumbricus 9g, Scolopendra 1 ~ 2g and Fructus Lipuidambaris 9g.
[Usage] Add 400 ml of water for the first decoction, 250 ml of juice for the second decoction, 300 ml of water for the second decoction, and take the juice 150 ml twice orally.
(20) Buyang Huanwu Decoction
Indications: invigorating qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.

Indications: Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, benefiting qi and nourishing yin.
[Prescription] Angelica 20g, Ligusticum Chuanxiong 10g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15g, Radix Rehmanniae 30g, Semen Persicae 15g, Flos Carthami 15g, Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Codonopsis 30g, Rhizoma Polygonati 50g and Fructus Lycii 20g.

(22) Ziyin Huoxue decoction
Indications: dredging meridians, nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali, Poria, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Puerariae and Caulis Spatholobi each 30g, Radix Rehmanniae 20g, Rhizoma Alismatis, Fructus Corni, Hirudo and Carthami 65438 00g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Clematidis 65438 05g, and Rhizoma Atractylodis 25g.
[Usage] Decoct 300 ml of juice with water and take it orally twice, daily 1 dose, and keep 1 month as 1 course of treatment.
