Oysters (oysters) mainly come from Zhanjiang, and a small part comes from Chaoshan area.
Generally speaking, the oysters in Zhanjiang are relatively large, suitable for barbecue, with thick shells and a little more fat in their meat.
The Chaoshan area mainly produces pearl oysters, which are not very big. Oyster meat has more muscles and tastes refreshing.
