1. Steaming Time: Generally, scallops are steamed for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the scallops and the power of the steamer. When the scallop meat turns white and the shell opens, it is ready to eat.

(1) Washing: Rinse fresh scallops with water to remove sand and impurities.
