How to make Henan baklava ?
Weigh 600g of flour, add 3g of Angie's yeast, add the right amount of water, knead into a smooth dough, and leave it to rise.
Rise the dough naturally at room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius for about 3 hours, then the dough will be puffed up and smell fragrant.
Divide the dough into small pieces, about 100g each, and knead several times before letting it rise for about 10 minutes.
Dissolve the honey in water and set aside.
Turn on the oven, set it to 200 degrees and set aside.
Spread the dough in a baking dish, then sprinkle a few sesame seeds on the surface and spread a layer of honey water. If you like salty flavor, you can replace the honey with pretzel scallions.
Tips: Coat the bottom of the baking sheet with a thin layer of oil to prevent the pancake from sticking to the baking sheet
Place the baking sheet in a 200-degree oven and set the timer to run for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, the sizzling pancakes will be ready to serve. If you like dark color, you can extend the baking time.
