Pork stuffed with mushrooms

200g mushrooms
200g minced pork

An appropriate amount of five-spice powder
An appropriate amount of light soy sauce

Steps
1. Wash and soak the mushrooms, soak them and then rinse them further. The soaked mushroom water should be clarified and set aside.
2. Cut off the stems of the mushrooms, chop them into pieces and add them to the meat filling.
3. Marinate the meat filling with cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper powder for ten minutes.
4. Beat in an egg, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Stuff the mushrooms, put them on a plate, steam them in a pot, and set the fire to high for 20 minutes.
6. Soak some wolfberry.
7. Take another pot and pour the steamed soup from the plate into the pot.
8. Add a little more water for soaking the mushrooms.
9. Thicken the gravy with the water used to soak the mushrooms.
10. Add wolfberry.
11. Pour the cooked gravy onto the mushrooms and arrange the wolfberries.
