First, the first step is to chop the lean meat into paste with a kitchen knife and put it aside for later use, as shown in the figure below.
Second, then add a proper amount of salt to the meat paste, add a little egg white, raw flour and chicken essence and grab it evenly.
Third, then put the prepared meat paste into the stew pot, and then knock the eggs into the stew pot, which is the meat paste.
Fourth, immediately fill the stew with clear water, and then add some shredded ginger, 2 red dates and salt.
5. Steam over water 1 hour -2 hours, and taste it. If it is weak, you can add some salt. When the time comes, the crock soup will be finished.
