Materials
Cocoa powder 25 grams, baking soda 2 grams, olive oil 30 grams, 30 grams of milk, 200 grams of whole egg, 200 grams of sugar, 150 grams of gluten flour, 1 gram of baking powder, 2 grams of salt.
Methods
1. Sift cocoa powder and baking soda.
2. Warm the olive oil to about 80 ℃, pour into the method 1 and mix well, then add the milk and mix well, and wait until cooled down, the whole egg and two sugar heated to 43 ℃, beat until creamy white fine foam.
3. Sift together the gluten flour, baking powder and salt, and add to Method 3.
