Steamed pork ribs
Short ribs, sweet potato/pumpkin/potato/steamed bun slices (optional), steamed pork rice noodles, onions, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Cooking wine, salt, sugar
2. Put the ribs in a container, add an appropriate amount of steamed pork rice noodles, and let the rice noodles evenly coat all the ribs. If it is too dry, add an appropriate amount of water or stock. 3. Add ginger slices, garlic, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar (less salt and sugar can be used, soy sauce is salty and oyster sauce is slightly sweet) into the ribs and marinate for an hour. 4. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes/pumpkins/potatoes, slice them, and spread them on the bottom of the plate, then evenly spread the marinated pork ribs on top. Pour cold water into the steamer, put the ribs into the pot and steam them. After the water boils, turn to medium heat and steam for an hour. Garnish with chopped green onion. Tips:
After the water boils, turn the heat to medium to prevent the water vapor from the high fire from condensing into water droplets and dripping into the entire dish. This will cause too much liquid in the dish after steaming.
