The drying method of dried bitter gourd is as follows:
Materials/tools: fresh bitter gourd, knife, iron net, fresh-keeping box or plastic bag, refrigerator.
1. Wash bitter gourd and cut it into .8-1cm thick slices. You don't have to cut it in half or remove the seeds, just slice it directly, and be careful not to cut it too thin, because bitter gourd will shrink due to dehydration after drying.
2. Then put the bitter gourd slices on the iron net for exposure.
3. Sun in the daytime, put it in a fresh-keeping box or plastic bag at night, tie it up, put it in the refrigerator, and take it out to sun the next day.
4. In sunny weather, it will dry out in 3-5 days.
5. Repeat this process until it is dried, and then put it in a fresh-keeping box for cold storage.
