Select the function first-select the time and temperature (add or subtract as needed)-press Start (you can turn on and off the fan and lights selectively).

Fermentation operation: select function-press fermentation-select time and temperature (only test tubes can be turned down)-press start (fans and lights can be turned on and off selectively).

Child lock: click start and press long to close.
