How to make salted peanuts
1.
Pick high-quality large-grained peanuts and wash them clean. Soak in water in advance (soak for no less than 4 hours).

Add ginger slices, green onions, aniseed, dried chili peppers, enough salt, and cold water to the pot and cook over high heat.

Cook for about 30-40 minutes, turn off the heat and soak.
