How to choose between LAMY2000 and Sharaku Large 21K

I have both of these pens, but if I had to choose again now, I would choose to buy two lamy 2000s.

The water discharge of 21K is fierce, and mine is only the M-point one. Not only is the water discharge fierce, but it also feels bad when writing, and the rustling sound is particularly unpleasant. I don’t know if the F-point one will be better.

2000, the writing feeling is great, there is a comfortable damping feeling when sliding, and the water discharge is better than 21K. However, it is inked by a piston, so the ink bag cannot be used. It is best to use it in the office or study room. Keep a bottle of ink each. In terms of ink capacity, 2000 is definitely larger than 21K. I don’t write a lot, and a tube of water can basically last me a week.

Both pens can basically produce water in one stroke. The 21k seems to be better in this regard, but it may be because I have used the 2000 more often. There have been times when I had to make two strokes before I could use it, but It also does not affect mood and efficiency.

As for the quality of the product, I think there is no need to worry about it at all. Just don’t buy a refurbished product.

The recommended ink is Catfish Eternal Black, but the pen should be washed at least once a month.
