1. Thaw the bread crab at room temperature 6 hours in advance. Bread crabs are more difficult to pull apart. Use pruning shears to cut off the central axis and move it to both sides.
2. If you don’t have flower pruners, you can use a hammer and chisel to cut a gap and then dismantle it.
3. Take off the left and right pieces of yellow, being careful not to break them. After removing the yellow, discard the gills, stomach and hexagonal crab heart. Remove crab legs.
4. Open the crab claws in reverse, take out the meat, and throw away the empty shells. Cut the crab body along the central axis and remove the intestines.
