How to make Ganoderma Pigeon Soup
Main Ingredients
1 squab
Accessory Ingredients
Purple Zhizhi 6g large 6 dates
15g wolfberry 4 or 5 slices of ginger
A little salt 1 teaspoon cooking wine
1. Preparation materials: Wash the dates and wolfberry slightly , remove the date cores, kill the squabs, wash them and cut them into small pieces. When buying squabs, you can ask someone to slaughter them at the vegetable market.
2. Put the squab into a small pot with water, add two slices of ginger, add cooking wine, cook until the water boils, and turn off the heat.
3. Pick out the pigeon pieces and put them into the casserole.
4. Strain the remaining soup from the squab into the casserole. You can also add water again, so that the stewed soup will be more refreshing.
5. Put two slices of ginger, add the prepared Ganoderma lucidum, jujube and wolfberry, simmer over low heat and add salt. I used an electronic soup cooker and simmered it for 2 hours.
