The cost of raising shrimp

Each acre is released according to120kg shrimp, and the release amount is120kg/mu *22 shrimps/kg =2640 shrimps/mu, and the ratio of male and female shrimps is 1: 1, and each shrimp is released 1320. If the loss in transportation is calculated as 5%, the number of female shrimps per mu is 1254.

Income from shrimp farming

After one year of lobster culture, the total number of young shrimps produced per acre is: 1254/acre *2 times/year *200/time =50 1600/acre.

The survival rate from spawning to adult shrimp is 8%-30%. According to the lowest calculation, the annual total number of adult shrimp is 50 16000*8%=40 128/mu.

After spawning, it can be put on the market for 2-3 months. Each adult shrimp weighs about 50 grams, and the total annual output per mu is 40 128÷ 10/kg =40 12.8 kg/mu.

Matters needing attention in shrimp culture

Choose a good feed

In the selection of special feed for shrimp, priority should be given to the high-quality feed from regular manufacturers to improve the utilization rate of feed and ensure the healthy and rapid growth of shrimp. In the later stage, sufficient biological bait can be cultivated, and fresh bait and special feed for young shrimp can be put in, and then gradually transition to special feed for shrimp.

Reasonable feeding

The general principle of feeding shrimp is a small number of times, and it is not allowed to waste feed by feeding too much or affect the normal growth of shrimp by feeding too little. At the same time, it is necessary to determine the feeding amount according to the weather conditions. If the water temperature is lower than 18 degrees or higher than 32 degrees, feed less. When the water temperature is between 25 and 30 degrees, shrimp will grow vigorously and demand is large, so feed more.

Maintain good water quality

Raising shrimps requires good water quality conditions, and with good water quality, shrimps can grow well and get sick less. Therefore, it is necessary to change the water once every 10 day, and change the water by about 30% each time.
