Ingredients: One chicken (choose a fresh chicken according to your preference). Wash ginseng, garlic cloves, red dates and chestnuts. Common seasonings such as salt.

1. Put the peeled chestnuts, glutinous rice, red dates and garlic into the belly of the chicken
