Original roasted oyster
This is the most primitive way to eat, and you can enjoy the unique sweetness of oysters. Generally speaking, it is enough to bake it medium-rare.
1, pry open the oysters and clean them.
2. Put the oysters on the grill. After 3 minutes, when the oyster sauce gradually oozes out, turn to the other side for baking. Bake for another 3 minutes.
If you are not used to eating, drop a few drops of lemon juice when eating. Lemon juice can not only remove the fishy smell, but also not affect the original fresh sweetness of oysters. It is not advisable to add soy sauce or mature vinegar to oysters, which has a heavy taste and is easy to cover up the original flavor of oysters.
