Draw pedicels and leaves first. Pedicel is a random stroke, painted naturally, with the feeling of wind blowing. Leaves are just like ordinary leaves. Draw an ellipse, add some stems, and draw a little sawtooth outside.

Draw the core of dandelion. Just gently draw a circle of short lines to create a light feeling of dandelion. This completes the flower core.

Draw a circle of fluff outside the flower core. Draw a short stem first, and then add some small branches to the short stem. Draw about five branches on a short stem. It will look better if you try to draw symmetry. That's it. Draw another circle.
