One: Materials
Peanut (shelled) 200g, mung bean 100g, black tea (other tea is also acceptable) 5g, pepper (with or without adding) 1~2g, plenty of boiled water, plenty of cold water, and a thunder bowl or soymilk machine.
Two: Practice
(1) Peel peanuts, rinse them with water, and soak 1/2 peanuts in cold water for three minutes. After soaking, take out all mung beans, rinse them with water, and add hot boiled water to soak them together (the water has not covered peanuts and mung beans) 15 minutes.
(2) After soaking, use a thunder bowl to draw a circle, and pound it with the zigzag ramming method. If it is dried, add some hot water to continue ramming. If you use a soymilk machine, just smash it.
(3) Stir the remaining half of peanuts with pepper and black tea as in step 2, but without adding water. Add1500g of water to the mashed peanuts and mung beans in step 2, and cook with strong fire until the water burns and the fire is turned off.
