Tomatoes, three white radishes and half a root.

Salt (5g) 1 teaspoon sesame oil (1 ml) 1/4 teaspoons.
White pepper (3g) 1/2 teaspoons.
Steps of mushroom, tomato and radish soup
1. Peel the white radish, wash it, and cut it into hob blocks about 3 cm in size. Wash the dried mushrooms with water to clean the floating soil on the surface, without soaking. Wash tomatoes and cut them into pieces the same size as white radish.
2. Heat the soup pot with high fire and pour in the oil. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in 2/3 tomatoes and stir-fry the soup, then pour in boiling water to boil.
3. Add dried mushrooms and white radish, change to medium heat, cover the pot and cook for about 20 minutes.
4. Open the lid, add the remaining 1/3 tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes on high fire, add salt, white pepper and sesame oil and mix well.
