How to manage the fruiting of Volvariella volvacea cultivated in professional mushroom house?
Scattered light is needed to induce the formation of Volvariella volvacea primordium. Strong light, strong fruiting body and dark color. The suitable light intensity is 300 ~ 500 lux. 5 ~ 6 days after sowing, if the mycelium has covered the material surface, pay attention to keep the space humidity at 90% and carry out a lot of ventilation. After 1 ~ 2 days of management, a large number of fruiting body primordia will appear on the surface of the culture medium soon. But only a few primordia developed into small mushroom buds (Flammulina velutipes). After the Flammulina velutipes is formed, the water spraying is gradually stopped. When it grows to the size of soybean, the temperature of mushroom house is kept at 30 ~ 32℃, and a large ventilation is maintained, and then it quickly differentiates into button-shaped mushroom buds. After 2 ~ 3 days, it can develop into an egg-shaped mushroom that can be harvested. After harvesting, use 1% lime water to supplement the water content of the culture material, close the doors and windows, and let the mycelium grow again. After 3 ~ 4 days of cultivation and management, the primordium of Volvariella volvacea in the second tide began to form, and then the next round of mushroom production management was carried out.
